Choose who receives your broadcast messages. Target all members in a channel or filter by tags for precise audience selection.
Targeting Options
Fiko offers two targeting methods so you can reach the right audience for every campaign. Choose the method that best fits your needs.
All Channel Members
Send to every customer who has previously interacted through the selected channel. Best for announcements and company-wide updates.
Filtered
Narrow your audience by conversation tags. Ideal for targeted promotions and reaching specific customer segments.
All Channel Members
The simplest targeting option. Sends your message to all customers who have an existing conversation in the selected channel.
Select Target Type
When creating a campaign, select All Channel Members as the target audience. The system will automatically resolve all members with active conversations in the chosen channel.
How It Works
The system finds all unique members who have a chat in the selected channel and have a valid provider user ID (e.g., WhatsApp number, LINE user ID). Duplicate members are automatically filtered out.
Filtered Targeting
Narrow your audience based on conversation tags to reach specific customer segments.
Select Filtered Target Type
Select Filtered as the target audience. Additional filter options will appear below.
Configure Tag Filters
Select one or more tags to filter your audience. Members with any of the selected tags will receive the broadcast (OR logic).
Members with any of the selected tags will receive the message.
Note: Tag filtering uses OR logic, meaning members matching any of your selected tags will be included in the broadcast audience.
When to Use Each Method
Use All Channel Members when:
- Sending company-wide announcements
- Sharing promotions relevant to all customers
- Maximum reach is the priority
Use Filtered when:
- Targeting specific customer segments (e.g., VIP, Premium)
- Sending relevant promotions to interested groups
- Personalizing campaigns for better engagement
