Creating Campaigns

Learn how to create a broadcast campaign, compose your message, choose your audience, and send it to your customers.

What You'll Learn

By the end of this guide, you'll know how to create and send broadcast campaigns to reach your customers at scale through any connected channel.

  • Navigate to the Broadcasts section
  • Create a new campaign with name and content
  • Select a channel and target audience
  • Send immediately or save as draft

Prerequisites

Before You Begin

Ensure you have admin access and at least one connected channel with active customer conversations.

  • Admin access to Fiko platform

    Required to create and manage broadcast campaigns

  • At least one connected channel

    WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, or Zalo channel with active conversations

  • Existing customer contacts

    Members who have previously interacted through the channel

Step 1: Create a New Campaign

Start by navigating to the Broadcasts section and creating a new campaign.

Navigate to Broadcasts

Go to Broadcasts in your Fiko dashboard. You'll see a list of all your campaigns organized by status tabs: Draft, Scheduled, Sending, Sent, and more.

Click Create Campaign

Click the "Create Campaign" button in the top-right corner. This will open the campaign creation page.

Step 2: Compose Your Message

Fill in Campaign Details

Enter the following information for your campaign:

Campaign Name:
March Promotion Announcement
Channel:
WhatsApp BusinessSelect the channel to send through
Target Audience:
All Channel MembersOr choose Filtered for targeted audience
Message Content:
Hello! We have an exciting promotion this month...

Pro Tip: Keep your message concise and clear. Include a call-to-action so customers know what to do next.

Step 3: Submit Your Campaign

Submit Your Campaign

After composing your campaign, you have two options to submit it:

Create Campaign

Save as a draft campaign with no schedule set. You can review, edit, and send later from the campaign detail page.

Create & Schedule

Pick a future date and time. The campaign will be created and automatically scheduled for delivery at the selected time.

Cancel Option: You can also click "Cancel" to discard the campaign and return to the broadcasts list.

Campaign Created

After submitting your campaign, you'll be taken to the campaign detail page where you can review all the details.

  • Review the message content, audience, and channel information
  • Edit campaign details (for draft campaigns)
  • If created without a schedule: use the detail page to send immediately or schedule for later
  • If created with a schedule: the campaign will be automatically sent at the scheduled time
