By accessing or using Fiko AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Fiko AI provides an AI-powered customer service platform that integrates with messaging channels including WhatsApp, LINE, Zalo, Telegram, and website chat widgets. The service includes AI-assisted replies, real-time translation, workflow automation, and multi-brand management.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Pricing and Payment
Services are billed monthly at $29 per agent seat. AI operations consume credits as described in our pricing documentation. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and cryptocurrency (USDC/USDT) Coming soon.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No cancellation fees apply. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to transmit any harmful or malicious content.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the service. By using the service, you grant us a license to process your content as necessary to provide the service. Your internal knowledge base content is processed on isolated systems and is never shared with other customers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiko AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
