Scheduling Campaigns
Schedule campaigns for future delivery, reschedule existing campaigns, or cancel scheduled broadcasts before they are sent.
How Scheduling Works
Fiko's broadcast scheduling lets you pick a future date and time for your campaign to be sent automatically. The system checks every 30 seconds for campaigns that are due and starts sending them without any manual intervention.
Pick Date & Time
Choose when your campaign should be delivered using the date-time picker.
Auto-Delivery
The system automatically starts sending when the scheduled time arrives — no manual action needed.
Reschedule
Change the delivery time anytime before the campaign is sent.
Cancel
Cancel a scheduled campaign at any time before delivery begins.
Schedule a Campaign
There are two ways to schedule a campaign: during creation or from the campaign detail page.
Option A: Schedule During Creation
Set the Schedule Date
When creating a new campaign, you'll see a Schedule (optional) date picker field. Select your desired date and time, then click "Create & Schedule".
Note: The scheduled time must be in the future. You cannot schedule a campaign in the past.
Option B: Schedule from Campaign Detail
Open a Draft Campaign
Go to Broadcasts and click on any campaign with Draft status to open its detail page.
Click Schedule Button
Click the "Schedule" button (next to "Send Now"). A modal will appear with a date-time picker where you can select when the campaign should be delivered.
Confirm the Schedule
Select your desired date and time, then click "Schedule". The campaign status will change from Draft to Scheduled, and the scheduled time will be displayed on the detail page.

Reschedule a Campaign
Edit the Scheduled Time
On the campaign detail page of a Scheduled campaign, you'll see the current scheduled time displayed. Click the edit icon next to the time, or click the "Reschedule" button to open the schedule modal and pick a new time.
Important: Rescheduling is only available while the campaign status is Scheduled. Once sending begins, the time cannot be changed.
Cancel a Scheduled Campaign
Cancel Before Delivery
To cancel a scheduled campaign, open the campaign detail page and click the "Cancel" button. You can also cancel from the campaign list by clicking the menu icon and selecting "Cancel".
The campaign status will change to Cancelled and no messages will be delivered.
Warning: Cancellation cannot be undone. If you want to send the same message later, you'll need to create a new campaign.
