Card payment

Pay with card (Stripe)

Fiko uses Stripe Checkout for credit and debit card payments — a secure, hosted payment page you're redirected to, so your card details never touch Fiko's servers.

What you can pay for with a card

  • Upgrading from trial to a paid plan
  • Resubscribing after a subscription has lapsed
  • Adding seats to an existing subscription
  • Token top-ups for AI usage

How the payment flow works

1

Choose "Card" as your payment method

From Billing, whenever you upgrade, resubscribe, add seats, or top up tokens, you'll be asked to pick a payment method. Select Card.

2

You're redirected to Stripe Checkout

A secure, Stripe-hosted checkout page opens where you enter your card details and confirm the charge. This page is served by Stripe, not Fiko.

3

You're redirected back to Fiko

After a successful charge, Stripe redirects you back to your Fiko dashboard's payment success page. If you cancel or close the Stripe page instead, you land on a cancelled page and nothing is charged.

4

Your plan or balance updates automatically

Fiko confirms the payment with Stripe in the background and applies it — new seats, a reactivated subscription, or added tokens — without any extra action from you.

Subscription stays in sync

If a renewal payment fails or a subscription is cancelled directly in Stripe, Fiko picks up the change automatically and reflects it on your billing page.

If a card payment fails

Your plan or top-up is not applied, and no partial charge is made. You can retry with the same or a different card from the Billing page.

Your card details are never stored by Fiko

Card entry and processing happen entirely on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Fiko only receives confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, never the card number itself.
