Pay with crypto
No credit card, no bank account. Fiko accepts BTC, USDT, and other cryptocurrencies through NOWPayments — you complete the payment from your own wallet or exchange.
What you can pay for with crypto
- Upgrading from trial to a paid plan
- Resubscribing after a subscription has lapsed
- Adding seats to an existing subscription
- Token top-ups for AI usage
How the payment flow works
Choose "Crypto" as your payment method
From Billing, whenever you upgrade, resubscribe, add seats, or top up tokens, pick Crypto instead of Card.
You're redirected to complete payment
Fiko creates a payment invoice via NOWPayments and redirects you to a hosted checkout page where you choose your coin and send the payment from your wallet or exchange.
Fiko tracks your payment status live
After sending payment, you land on a status page in Fiko that updates automatically as your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain — no need to refresh manually.
Your plan or balance updates once confirmed
As soon as the payment status reaches Finished, Fiko applies it automatically — new seats, a reactivated subscription, or added tokens.
Payment statuses explained
Waiting
Invoice created. Fiko is waiting for you to send the payment from your wallet or exchange.
Confirming / Sending / Partially paid
Your transaction was detected and is being confirmed on the blockchain. No action needed — this can take a few minutes depending on the network.
Finished
Payment confirmed. Your plan, seats, or token balance is updated automatically.
Failed / Expired
The payment didn't complete in time or was rejected. Nothing is charged — start a new payment from the Billing page to try again.
Blockchain confirmations take time
Depending on the coin and network congestion, confirmation can take from a few minutes up to an hour. Your invoice stays valid while it's in Waiting or Confirming status — you don't need to start over unless it expires.
