Guide for new admins
Get your Fiko account up and running in minutes. This guide walks you through user registration, company selection/creation, and accessing your dashboard.
Before You Start
Before creating your Fiko account, make sure you have the following information ready:
Prerequisites Checklist
- Valid email address — For your account login credentials
- Username preference — Choose a unique username for your account
- Company information — Company name and primary language
- Company logo — 512×512px image file (max 300KB) for company branding
Creating Your Account
Setting up your Fiko account is straightforward and takes just a few minutes. Follow these steps:
Visit the Registration Page
Navigate to Fiko's signup page at /signup. Currently, only Customer Service (CS) role registration is available through the standard signup process.
Account Registration
Fill out the registration form with your account details:
- Username: Choose a unique username for your account
- Full Name: Your display name (how others will see you)
- Email: Your email address for login and notifications
- Password: Must be at least 8 characters long
- Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to ensure accuracy
Password Security Tips
Choose a strong password that you don't use elsewhere. The system requires a minimum of 8 characters for account security.
Automatic Login
After successful registration, you'll be automatically logged in and redirected to the company selection page. No email verification is required.
Registration complete! You're now ready to select or create your company.
Company Selection
After registration, you'll be redirected to the company selection page. This is a mandatory step — you cannot access the main dashboard without selecting or creating a company.
Creating Your Company
If you're setting up Fiko for your organization, create a new company:
- Company Name: Your business or organization name (required)
- Primary Language: Choose from English, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean
- Company Logo: Upload a 512×512px image (max 300KB) for branding
The company logo is required and will be displayed throughout the platform. Recommended size is 512×512px with a maximum file size of 300KB.
Joining an Existing Company
If you were invited to join an existing company, select it from the list:
- Look for your company name in the available companies list
- Click on the company card to select and join
- You'll inherit the company settings and branding
- Contact your team admin if you don't see your company listed
Company selection determines your workspace, team members, and available channels.
Accessing Your Dashboard
After selecting or creating your company, you'll be redirected to your Fiko dashboard:

Your dashboard shows four main channel management cards:
- LINE Integration: Set up and manage LINE channel connections
- WhatsApp Integration: Configure WhatsApp Business API
- Live Chat Widget: Add website chat widgets for customer support
- Translation Services: Configure multi-language support
Password Recovery
If you forget your password, Fiko provides a secure recovery process:
Forgot Password
- Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your email for reset instructions
- Email verification required before sending reset link
Password Reset
- Click the reset link in your email
- Token validation occurs automatically
- Enter new password (minimum 8 characters)
- Confirm new password and submit
Common Issues
Having trouble with account setup? Here are solutions to common problems:
Username already taken during registration
- Try a different username variation
- Add numbers or underscores to make it unique
- Check if you already have an account with that username
- Contact support if you believe there's an error
Password requirements not met
- Must be at least 8 characters long
- No specific character requirements beyond length
- Ensure password and confirm password match exactly
- Avoid using easily guessable passwords
Company logo upload failed
- Ensure image is exactly 512×512 pixels
- File size must be under 300KB
- Use common image formats (PNG, JPG, JPEG)
- Try compressing the image if it's too large
