Fiko's Team Management system provides a powerful dual-panel interface for comprehensive employee and team organization management. Built with enterprise-grade security and scalability in mind, it enables organizations to efficiently manage team members, organize groups, and control access to resources across the entire platform.

The system supports role-based access where Company Admins and Super Admins have full access to both Agents and Groups management, while regular users have group-only access with restricted operations.
