This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from Fiko, including data collected through Facebook and Instagram integrations (e.g. Page connections, message and comment content processed for AI replies).
How to request data deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including the email address or company account associated with your Fiko account. Alternatively, use our contact page.
What happens next
We will confirm your request and permanently delete the personal data associated with your account — including connected channel data, message history, and any content processed through our Facebook/Instagram integrations — within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Removing a connected Facebook Page without deleting your account
If you only want to disconnect a Facebook Page (revoking Fiko's access to that Page's messages, posts, and comments) without deleting your entire Fiko account, you can do this in two ways:
- In Fiko, under Apps → Channels, disconnect the Facebook Page directly.
- In your Facebook settings, remove Fiko's access under Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites). This also revokes access on Facebook's side immediately.
